as Mesothelioma Lawyers/Attorneys
with Asbestos Litigation Experience.
Candidates will be specializing in asbestos cases. Ideal candidates already have experience practicing toxic tort and asbestos. Trial experience on asbestos cases will be an asset.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and preparing answers to complaints
- Attending court conferences
- Preparing witness and exhibits for trial
