Step 4 in the TM Process®
The fourth and last step of the Technology Management Process (TM Process®) is the so-called Technology-Support. This process step is already introduced during step 3 of the Technology-Transfer & Integration.
Experience shows that despite rigorous management of the process step 1 to step 3 always new questions and problems arise, which have to be solved during the Product Development Process. The main purpose of the process of Technology-Support is to garantee that the Product Development Process is in line with the Time-to-Market.
The process of Technology-Support is often underestimated by enterprises, which results in a time delay of the product development process and unexpected costs.
The process step of the Technology-Support is structured in a clearly defined and standardized procedure, which has been developed from our years of experience and many applications to various industries and business areas. In the context of our Services, the complete documentation and know-how for the introduction and implementation of the TM Process are put at the customer's disposal.
