Step 3 in the TM Process®
The third step of the Technology Management Process (TM Process®) is the so-called Technology-Transfer & Integration. This step is introduced after in the context of Technology-Adaptation (Step 2 in the TM Process®) all activities related to the adaptation process have been finished and the management has decided to start with step 3 of the
Technology-Transfer & Integration.
Within the process of the Technology-Transfer & Integration the completely "Packaged Technology" (result of step 2 in the TM Process®) will be transferred to and integrated into the product development process. The fulfillment of the cross-functional,
interdepartmental requirements as already mentioned in the process of Technology-Adapation is an essential prerequisite to the final success of the TM Process.
The process step of the Technology-Transfer & Integration is structured in a clearly defined and standardized procedure, which has been developed from our years of experience and many applications to various industries and business areas. In the context of our Services, the complete documentation and know-how for the introduction and implementation of the TM Process are put at the customer's disposal.
